Bishop Booed for Spanish Question in Health Care Town Hall

In a health care town hall in Norwalk, CT, a Latino Bishop asked Rep. Jim Himes a question in Spanish and got viciously heckled by conservatives in the audience.

The overlap between opposition to healthcare and mining the deep vein of anti-immigrantism among conservatives has already begun with the nonsensical claim that undocumented immigrants will be covered under the President's health plan. Some of the town meetings have turned into little more than anti-immigrant hate-fests.
