DMI on the Air: Talking TARP and the Positive Role of Government (UPDATED)

There are a couple media appearances worth highlighting today. Harry Moroz, our tireless researcher on all things TARP-related, was on WNYC’s The Brian Lehrer Show to illuminate some key issues in the debate over how to make banks more accountable to tax payers. He was joined by Nicole Gelinas from The Manhattan Institute. Andrea Batista Schlesinger, our intrepid executive director, was on Grit TV to talk about how President Obama is doing so far and what the positive role of government might look like in his administration. She was in lively dialogue with former NYC Public Advocate Mark Green Nation magazine editor Katrina vanden Heuval, and others.
