Yesterday, DMI hosted an event called "Women's Equality...Why Not Now?" This discussion of Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney's new book, Rumors of Our Progress have been Greatly Exaggerated: Why Women’s Lives Aren’t Getting any Easier—and How We can Make Real Progress for Ourselves and Our Daughters was a lively conversation on the the status of women in society and how to work for greater equality in the future.
