Ronda Kutelchuck
Ronda Kotelchuck is the founding Executive Director of the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), a unique public-private partnership with a mission of expanding access to primary and preventive care in underserved communities through a series of programs which include capital financing, performance improvement and information technology. From 1981 to 1993, Ms. Kotelchuck served with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) where, as Vice President for Corporate Planning and Intergovernmental Relations she spearheaded development and adoption of HHC's first strategic plan which focused on community-based primary care as the centerpiece of an integrated system, and developed the HHC Communicare program, a city initiative which expanded community-based primary care. Ms. Kotelchuck has a background in health planning and policy.
